We Coach In Public.
Most of what we do happens inside the app, with the athletes we train. But the thinking behind it doesn't have to stay there. Every week we put a piece of it out in the open — the programming decisions, the technique, the research, the reasoning.
Part of that is simple: this content is genuinely useful, whether or not you ever train with us. The other part is accountability. If we're going to ask you to trust our methodology, you should be able to read it, watch it, and check our work first.
"The same coaches who build the programs write the articles, record the videos, and publish the research."
Written Training Breakdowns.
In-depth essays on programming, methodology, and the decisions behind the system — the kind of detail that doesn't fit in a video. A new piece goes out most weeks on Substack.

Everything on this page is free, and it'll keep coming. But the articles and videos are the explanation — the system itself is the coaching, the programming, and the accountability inside the app. When you're ready to stop reading about it and start doing it, we're here.
