Programs End.
Systems Evolve.
Most programs are sold without context - pick one, finish it, figure out the next one later. Modern Athlete training doesn't work that way. Every program belongs to a phase. Every phase has a purpose. Know where you are, and you'll know exactly where to start.

Red CycleFoundation building. New to training, returning after a long break, or coming back from injury.
-
Amber CycleGeneral physical preparedness. Training consistently with no specific event on the horizon.
-
Green CycleEvent-specific prep. A competition, school, or event is 12-16 weeks out.
-
SustainmentTargeted add-ons for specific gaps - mobility, joint health, or maintaining fitness when normal training isn't available.
The Readiness Cycle
Tactical athletes don't have an off-season - but that doesn't mean they train without structure. This system gives your training a season, so every phase builds on the last and nothing is wasted.
Phase
The Red Cycle is where you build the platform everything else stands on. Movement quality, strength base, and aerobic capacity - developed methodically before adding complexity. Skipping this phase doesn't save time. It creates a ceiling you'll hit later.
New to structured training, returning after 60+ days off, or rebuilding after injury. If your movement patterns are inconsistent or your base needs work, this is your starting point.
Preparedness
The Amber Cycle is where most athletes live for most of their training year - and for good reason. This phase develops strength, power, speed, endurance, and athleticism simultaneously. No event to peak for means no reason to sacrifice one quality for another. Build everything.
Currently training with a solid base, no specific event or school in the next 16 weeks. You want to be stronger, faster, better conditioned, and more athletic - all at once.
Prep
The Green Cycle activates when a specific event enters the picture. A competition, school, or event 12-16 weeks out means it's time to prioritize. You'll deliberately de-emphasize certain qualities to peak the ones that matter most for what's coming.
You have something specific on the calendar - a school or event - and it's 12-16 weeks away. You've built the base. Now it's time to point it at something.
Add-Ons
Sustainment programs aren't a phase - they're a tool you pull from when circumstances require it. Either you're addressing a specific physical gap (mobility, joint health, structural weakness) that needs direct attention, or you're temporarily away from your normal training environment and need to maintain what you've built until you're back.
Athletes with a specific weakness to address, or those in a temporary no-gym or limited-training situation. Run these alongside your cycle or as a short-term substitute. You return to your normal cycle when circumstances change.
Find Your
Starting Point
Pick the description that fits where you are right now - not where you want to be.
From the Ground Up
I'm new to structured barbell training, I've been off for 60+ days, or I'm returning from an injury. My movement patterns need work and I don't have a solid strength or conditioning base yet.
No Event Upcoming
I have a solid base, I'm training regularly, and I don't have a specific school or event in the next 16 weeks. I want to get stronger, faster, and better conditioned across the board.
Specific Coming Up
I have a competition, school, or event 12-16 weeks away. I've built a solid base and now I need programming that peaks the specific qualities that event demands.
or Limited Access
I have a specific weakness - mobility, joint health, or a structural gap - that needs direct work. Or I'm temporarily without normal gym access and need to maintain what I've built until I'm back to my regular cycle.
The Full
Program Library
Every program is built for the same athlete - one who has to perform on demand. The difference is where you are in the cycle right now.
Foundations
The starting point for anyone who wants to do this right. Twelve weeks of structured barbell movement development and aerobic base building - the foundation that every other program in this system is built on top of. If your patterns are off or your base is thin, this is where you start. No shortcuts.
- Barbell movement proficiency - squat, hinge, press, pull
- Aerobic capacity development
- Demo videos and detailed coaching notes for every session
Barbell
Injury pulled you off the bar. This is your bridge back. Four weeks of structured reintroduction to barbell movement - not grinding through pain, but methodically rebuilding the patterns that make lifting feel right again. Designed to get you back to full training without setting yourself back further.
- Progressive barbell reintroduction protocol
- Movement pattern restoration - not just strength
- Detailed coaching cues for every lift
- Designed to transition directly into any program in the system
Training Program
The flagship. Six days a week of structured strength, conditioning, speed, power, and athleticism development - with no expiration date. Built on the same periodization framework used in Division I collegiate strength programs and adapted for the specific demands of tactical athletes. 1,000+ active members. Start with a 7-day free trial.
- 6 days/week - scalable to 3, 4, or 5
- Strength, power, conditioning, speed, and athleticism
- Weekly live coaching calls
- Nutrition and mental performance coaching included
- 1,000+ member community
- Limited equipment alternative for every session
- 7-day free trial - cancel anytime
Mobility + Yoke
The full system. Everything in the Warfighter Training Program, plus dedicated mobility programming and loaded carry/yoke work built into the weekly structure. For athletes who want strength, conditioning, and movement quality developed simultaneously - including the kind of functional strength that transfers directly to carrying weight under fatigue.
- Everything in the Warfighter Training Program
- Dedicated mobility programming
- Loaded carry and yoke work
- Weekly live coaching calls
- Nutrition and mental performance coaching included
- 7-day free trial - cancel anytime
Prep Program
Twelve weeks of targeted preparation for the specific physical demands of AFSOC selection. This program deliberately sacrifices GPP breadth to peak the qualities that matter most - built around the exact movement standards, volume, and conditioning requirements you'll face. Not general fitness. Specific readiness.
- AFSOC-specific movement and conditioning standards
- 12-week progressive overload structure
- Run, ruck, and strength integration
- Demo videos and detailed coaching notes for every session
Half Marathon Prep
This is an add-on to Warfighter, not a replacement. You keep the Warfighter strength work exactly as programmed - this replaces the regular conditioning with a 14-week run progression built specifically for a half marathon. You don't have to choose between the race and the weight room. You do both.
- Add-on to Warfighter - replaces conditioning, keeps strength
- Progressive run volume peaking at race week
- 14-week plan from base building to taper
- Demo videos and coaching notes for every session
Peaking Program
An add-on, not a replacement - and the system working exactly as designed. Four short AFT-specific sessions a week, 10-15 minutes each, added to the end of your training in the four weeks before test day. No running, no deadlifts - your Warfighter programming already covers those. This is how you peak and achieve your max score.
- Add-on to your current training - 4 sessions/week, 10-15 min each
- Targets the specific events and scoring standards of the AFT
- No running or deadlifts - built to layer on top of Warfighter
- Coach feedback and demo videos for every session
Hip Program
Six weeks of targeted hip mobility, stability, and strength work designed to address one of the most common structural gaps in tactical athletes. Run this alongside your current training or as a standalone during a down period. The goal is simple: restore range of motion, reinforce stability, and eliminate the limitation that's been holding your training back.
- Hip mobility and end-range strength development
- Stability work for the joint under load
- Compatible as an add-on to any current program
- Demo videos and coaching notes for every session
Shoulder Program
Six weeks of targeted shoulder mobility, stability, and structural strength work. Tactical athletes take on a disproportionate amount of overhead and loaded carry volume - this program addresses the wear patterns that come with it. Restore the range you've lost, reinforce the positions that matter, and get back to training without the shoulder being the limiting factor.
- Shoulder mobility and overhead mechanics
- Rotator cuff and scapular stability work
- Compatible as an add-on to any current program
- Demo videos and coaching notes for every session
The System
Works.
1,000+ athletes. One system. Results across every domain - strength, conditioning, speed, and body composition.
"Deadlift went from 315 to 435, pull-ups from 3 to 15, 5 mile run from 50 min to 35 min, 2 mile from 14:30 to 12:00. Weight went from 220lb at 30% body fat down to 193lbs at 20% body fat."
"Gone from 168lbs to 203-205. Deadlift 365 to 500+, squat 315 to 425, bench 225 to 300. Best money and time I've ever spent."
"Bench 240, squat 320, deadlift 370, 2 mile at 11:13 at 150lb bodyweight. To those who question whether to jump on Warfighter: DO IT."
"Highest push-up/sit-up scores and fastest run time at my department's SWAT entry test. First or second in nearly every event."
"Hit 305 for a 1 rep max - 20lb increase from 285 twelve weeks ago - while maintaining a sub-40 minute 5 mile."
"Hit 315. This program has been a life changer. I'm stronger than I've ever been and I can still compete in a good foot chase with a taser."
"10lb PR at a lighter bodyweight. 445 to 455. Strongest I've ever been, lifting half the volume and way better conditioned."
"Last time I did pause deadlifts I was at 335x3. Today hit 435 for one. Not sure what y'all are doing but it works."
"Had 100 yard sprints this morning. Won every single one. Was finishing in the middle of the pack before. This program freaking works."
"In the last 6 months my squat is up 30lbs and mile splits are down over a minute."
"Upper body strength overall has never been this good. Never thought I'd rip off 20 pull-ups."
